Adventures

A lion at Queen Elizabeth National Park. We were so close! It was amazing, and kind of scary. I never really thought I would be able to see wild animals just out in the open like I have been able to do here. I have seen some neat stuff just around my house too. Mostly small stuff but I was swimming at a local lake and these monkeys came down a tree to stare at me. It was so funny. They were looking at me like I was crazy. It was really cool.

Hippos in Queen Elizabeth National Park. How sweet, they're all cuddled up. :O)

Elephants crossing the road in Queen Elizabeth National Park. There were so many elephants. we actually even got to see some brand new baby ones. Unfortunately one of them died, but it turned out to be pretty cool because at least 25 elephants all gathered around to protect the dead body. They were pretty defensive it was really neat to see them so fired up, they were trumpeting and everything.

A group of us hiking up and over the Rwenzori Mountains. The elevation we reached was about 9,000 ft

Me standing on part of the mountain looking out.

Dom, thanks, I'm glad you like the pictures. Uganda is probably the most beautiful place I have ever been to. If you ever have the chance to see it in person you definitely should.

On a totally differnt note, I took a look at your blog and didn't understand any of it. God bless you and the work you do on computers. People like me would be lost with out people like you....hahaha
